Community Aftercare

Designed for both parole-based programs and for community programs addressing the needs of high risk youth and adults, these materials were developed from our highly successful Returning Home program resources. They address common issues in the community during the highest periods of risk, and guide the development of an individual safety net and aftercare plan. They are supplemented by vocational, gang avoidance, and substance abuse recovery planning tools.

Most important, they provide substantial guidance and practice in the development of self-efficacy in addressing the individuals highest risk people, places things and situations.
